It all started in the summer of 2015, when Brandon and Lizzy had an organic chemistry lab together at MSU.  Brandon spotted a beautiful lady, and lucky for him (and her) they ended up being partners. Lizzy, being clumsy as she is, was always yelling at Brandon across the room for help, breaking multiple glass pieces, missing steps. But Brandon always helped her and wouldn’t leave until she was also done. They built an amazing friendship that summer that would become the foundation of their future relationship, and eventually them spending forever together.Â
After Lizzy graduated and Brandon was still in school, they kept in touch, still as great friends, but both always knew there was something between them. Lizzy’s mom was ALWAYS asking why she wasn’t dating Brandon, and Lizzy wondered the same! Finally, after bringing Lizzy on his formal (and Lizzy’s persistence) they began dating in the spring of 2017.Â
Their relationship was put to the test when Brandon moved away to Alabama for medical school, but the love and trust they had for each other grew ever stronger and they both knew it was meant to be. 9 years as friends, 6 years together, 4 states lived in and 2 cats later, Brandon *finally* decided to propose to the love of his life.
