The Florida Aquarium Wedding | Lauren + Philip | Tampa Wedding Photography

the florida aquarium wedding

Philip and Lauren first met in 2007 during a traffic stop on I-75 in Naples, Florida while working for the Florida Highway Patrol. It wouldn’t be until 3 years later that they would be in Collier County Traffic Court together defending their own separate cases. Philip was so impressed with Lauren’s courtroom testimony, and the fact that she looked absolutely fantastic in her Trooper uniform, that he asked her out to dinner. On April 7th, 2010, Philip and Lauren came together socially outside of FHP for their first date. Over the next 2 years, they continued to protect the citizens of Naples together while during their off-duty time, their love for each other continued to grow. They joined forces and moved in together during the summer 2012. Philip and Lauren’s biggest project and shared hobby at that time while living together was maintaining their 265 gallon salt water reef tank in their home. It wasn’t until early 2013 that they soon discovered that they would be sharing their biggest adventure yet, becoming parents! Philip and Lauren welcomed their daughter Raelyn Bree in November 2013. Lauren decided it was best to hang up her uniform and give her full attention to their daughter while Philip still patrols the roads of Naples today. On their 5 year anniversary from their first date, April 7th, 2015, Philip and Lauren became husband and wife at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Florida. Their main motivation in choosing such a unique, extraordinary venue for their marriage was their own salt water reef tank which they still maintain today. They exchanged their vows in front of the Aquarium’s Coral Reef Exhibit which has a breath-taking view of their 500,000 gallon coral reef tank! Their daughter Raelyn Bree served as the couple’s flower girl. This amazing couple held such an unforgettable wedding for themselves and for all of their guests that it will be talked about for many years to come! Please congratulate the newlyweds by leaving your comments below.
